In coordination with Matt SULAM's philosophy, program length and price are not predetermined. Since each individuals needs, abilities and goals are unique, price and length will be mutually agreed upon during the Free one-hour 6-step consultation that includes the following:

a) brief medical history
b) exercise history
c) goal assessments-clients personal goals
d) fitness evaluation
e) equipment orientation
f) *preliminary program design, length, price and schedule

*an example of a typical program is a commitment of
1, 2 or 3 days per week.
